Time: 8pm-10pm (out the door promptly by 10pm!)
We follow a training structure whereby 2 teams train together each week on a rotational basis. Every third week, each team organises a specific activity to benefit their team, whether it is fitness or organising extra match play. Please click to view the training schedule. Whitton believe in developing all standards of players and equal time is given to each team so that everyone benefits from training.
