Day: Tuesday evenings
Time: 8pm-10pm (out the door promptly by 10pm!)
We follow a standard training structure and every week one team has a focus week, where their match feedback and training points for that week are given. During this time the other teams work on their fitness, skills, team drills and match play. Whitton believe in developing all standards of players and equal time is given to each team so that everyone benefits from training.
